    *The Falconets U-20 Women’s National Team Arrives in Dakar for Decisive Second-Leg Fixture*

    The U-20 Women’s National Team has arrived in Dakar, Senegal, ahead of their crucial second-leg encounter scheduled for 14th February 2026, following a hard-earned 1–0 victory in the first leg.

    The first leg of the fixture was played on 7th February 2026 at the MKO Abiola Sports Complex, Abeokuta, where the team delivered a disciplined and determined performance to secure a narrow but vital advantage.

    Buoyed by their home victory, the team arrived in Dakar in high spirits and focused on consolidating their lead. The coaching crew has emphasized the importance of maintaining concentration and tactical discipline as they prepare for what promises to be a competitive return leg.

    The players have settled into camp at the Le Grand Hotel de Thies,Dakar and will begin training sessions immediately to fine-tune strategies ahead of the 14th February showdown.

    A statement signed by the Media officer Zulfat Abubakar Rano ,the team remains committed to representing the nation with pride and determination.

    Supporters are encouraged to continue rallying behind the team as they seek to complete the task and progress to the next stage of the competition.
