Renewed Hope Agenda:Addressing Outstanding Challenges, Restoring public Trust – Ganduje

    By Abdullahi Yusuf

Former Governor of Kano State, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has said that the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration was designed to address some of the country’s long-standing challenges, including poverty, insecurity, weak institutions, slow economic growth and declining public confidence in governance.

Ganduje made the remarks during the inauguration of support groups for President Tinubu in Kano, where he said the economic reforms introduced by the administration were beginning to strengthen government revenue and create greater capacity for development.

According to him, increased revenue has enabled the Federal Government, States and Local Governments to undertake more development projects and respond more effectively to the needs of the people.

He said President Tinubu was providing purposeful leadership and implementing policies aimed at strengthening the economy, promoting development and improving the welfare of Nigerians.

The former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) described the large turnout at the inauguration as a reflection of growing support for the administration and its reform agenda.

Ganduje urged Nigerians to continue supporting the Tinubu administration to enable it to consolidate on its achievements and fully implement the objectives of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

He also called on APC members and supporters to remain united and committed to advancing the party’s policies, while mobilising support for President Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.
