The funeral prayer of Malam Dahiru Shekarau, a retired Permanent Secretary and elder brother to former Kano State Governor, Senator Ibrahim Shekarau, will take place on Wednesday at the Giginyu Juma’at Mosque by 10:00am.
Malam Dahiru passed away on Tuesday after years of distinguished service in the Kano State civil service. He was widely regarded as an accomplished administrator whose career was marked by dedication, discipline, and commitment to public service.
The late Dahiru Shekarau is remembered for his integrity and contributions to governance during his years in office. He is survived by children, relatives, and a wide circle of associates.
