Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has urged small and medium-scale business owners in the state to take advantage of the interest-free loan scheme of the Katsina State Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (KASEDA), to expand their businesses and boost the state’s economy.
The Governor made the call on Thursday, while receiving members of the Katsina Business Community at the Government House, Katsina.
Governor Radda commended the group for its contributions to economic growth and community support, assuring that his administration would continue to roll out policies and programmes aimed at strengthening businesses and improving the state’s economy.
The delegation was led by the chairman of the association, Alhaji Aminu Wali, who is also the Managing Director of AA Rahamawa Petroleum, alongside the Managing Director of Danmarana Petroleum, Alhaji Dahiru Usman Sarki, and other business leaders.
Speaking on behalf of the group, Alhaji Aminu Wali said the association would continue to support the Katsina State Government in implementing programmes targeted at improving the welfare of the people.
Also speaking, the Managing Director of Wapa Company, Alhaji Lawal Ladan Wapa, pledged the group’s full support for Governor Radda and offered prayers for his continued success in office.
