    Kebbi Police Present N11.4m Cheques To Families Of Fallen Officers

    The Kebbi State Police Command has presented cheques amounting to N11,400,252.35 to 18 families of deceased police officers in the state.

    The cheques were presented to the beneficiaries under the Group Life Assurance and Group Personal Accident Insurance Schemes of the Nigeria Police Force.

    The Commissioner of Police, Kebbi State Command, CP Umar M. Hadejia, who presented the cheques on behalf of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, said the gesture was in fulfilment of the Force’s commitment to the welfare of families of its deceased personnel.

    Hadejia reaffirmed the commitment of the IGP and the Force Management Team to the welfare of officers and their families, stressing that the service and contributions of the fallen officers would not be forgotten.

    The beneficiaries expressed appreciation to the IGP and the Commissioner of Police for the gesture.
