176 Kwarans’ Rescue:Tinubu Is Winning Battle Against Insecurity – Kwankwaso

    By Abdullahi Yusuf

Prominent APC stakeholder,Dr.Musa Iliyasu Kwankwaso, says the recent rescuing of 176 residents of Woro and Nuku communities in Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State, from the clutches of bandits, eloquently testifies that President Bola Tinubu is winning the battle against insecurity in the country.

Kwankwaso, who is also the Director Finance Hadejia Jama’are River Basin Development Authority(HJRBDA), said in a statement which he personally signed and issued to Journalists in Kano, that the rescue of the residents whom were abducted on February 3, is a welcome development.

“The recent rescuing of the 176 residents of Woro and Nuku communities in Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State, from the clutches of bandits is an eloquent testimony that President Bola Tinubu is winning the war against kidnapping, banditry, insurgency and other forms of criminalities in the country.

“Irrespective of what the opposition are saying, the President remains focused and resolute in his determination to free the country from the lingering security challenges so that Nigerians will continue to live their lives without let or hindrance.

“The President’s efforts at securing the country are clearly being witnessed, especially by Northerners whom will surely reciprocate the good gesture by massively voting for him for a second term in the 2027 presidential election.

“The President’s supporters whom are everywhere, are also resolute in coming out en masse to vote for him during the election, inspite of the negative social media propaganda against him,” he said.

The APC bigwig, therefore, urged the opposition to learn from and appreciate the Federal Government’s current breakthroughs in tackling the nation’s security breaches.

Kwankwaso then commended President Tinubu, the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, the two Ministers of Defence and the Service Chiefs for the all important rescue of the Abducted 176 Kwarans, saying, “this is a clear testimony that sooner than later the mirage of insecurity will become a thing of the past in Nigeria.”

Recall that the Kwara State Government announced the development on Wednesday through its official Facebook page, describing the rescue as a major breakthrough and commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the security agencies and all others who partook in the operation.

The rescue operation which was conducted by the Nigerian military, brought to an end the nearly six months of anguish of the victims’ families and their communities.
