The League for Societal Protection Against Drug Abuse (LESPADA) has congratulated the Honourable Commissioner of Information and Internal Affairs, Comrade Ibrahim Garba Waiya, and the Honourable Commissioner for Public Procurement, Comrade Nura Iro Ma’aji, on their one-year anniversary in office.

n a congratulatory message, the Executive Director of LESPADA, Ambassador Maryam Hassan, commended the two commissioners for their dedication, transparency, and people-oriented leadership, noting that their stewardship has translated into visible achievements across Kano State.
According to her, the commissioners’ commitment to service, integrity, and good governance has not only strengthened public confidence but also positively impacted the lives of residents of the state.
Ambassador Hassan described their performance in the last one year as inspiring, adding that their approach to leadership reflects the ideals of accountability and responsive governance.
She further offered prayers for continued wisdom, strength, and success as they discharge their responsibilities in service to Kano State, while wishing them greater achievements in the years ahead.
