Northern Group Tasks NNPCL Boss Ojulari On Kolmani Oil Well Completion

The Arewa Elders and Youths Forum(AEYF) has urged the Group Chief Executive Officer(GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited(NNPCL), Mr Bashir Bayo Ojulari, to ensure the completion of the Kolmani Oil Well project located in Gombe and Bauchi States.
“We are calling on Mr Ojulari to help in the completion of the Kolmani oil drilling project in Bauchi and Gombe states, ” AEYF said.
The Chairman of the group, Alhaji Salisu Magaji, made the call while addressing newsmen in Kano on Friday.
According to Magaji, the project was initiated by the Muhammadu Buhari administration and that the Bola Tinubu Government had raised hopes about its completion.
“We support the moves to complete the project and and we will mobilise patriotic Nigerians to rally around the NNPCL boss to see to the completion of the project,” he said.
The Forum then condemned the activities of mischief makers who cast aspersions on Mr Ojulari, describing him as a non Northerner.
“Mr Bashir Ojulari is a bonafide Kwara State citizen and Kwara is among the 19 northern states of the federation.
“Aside from being a Northerner,he merits the position of the CEO of the NNPCL and the country needs capable hands like him who would propel the company to greater heights in line with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda,” the group added.
