Gunmen suspected to be bandits attacked the National Park Service Office in Oloka, Oyo State, killing five personnel around 9 pm on Tuesday.
The police confirmed the incident, and Commissioner of Police Femi Haruna has deployed tactical teams and security personnel to the area to maintain order. The bodies of the victims are yet to be recovered, as they’re believed to be in the surrounding forest.

The attack has raised concerns about security in the region, especially given the proximity to forest corridors. Community leaders are calling for increased patrols and intelligence gathering to prevent further violence.
