2027:North Fully Ready To Re-elect Tinubu,Musa Illiyasu Tells TSG

One of the major National Campaigners for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election,Dr. Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso, has assured the Tinubu Support Group(TSG) that the people of Northern Nigeria will re-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
Kwankwaso gave the assurence when he met with the Convener and Leader of the TSG in Abuja, Mr. James Falake, saying that the northern voters are fully ready to return the President for a second term during the polls.
Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso who is the Executive Director Finance, Hadejia Jama’are River Basin Development Authority(HJRBDA) and also a Northern mobilizer of the Tinubu re-election Campaign, said the meeting between him and the TSG centered on the position of the North as far as the re-election of President Tinubu is concerned.
He said the North is highly convinced that President Tinubu has positively impacted the region, and therefore, ready to reciprocate by massively voting for him during the forthcoming polls.
He then commented on activities of the NDC vice presidential candidate, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, observing that Kwankwaso is only campaigning for the party’s governorship candidate in Kano State, Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, leaving out the NDC presidential candidate,Peter Obi.
“My reason for believing that Kwankwaso is not campaigning for Peter Obi in Kano State is simple, he fully concentrates on campaigning to his local people in Hausa, and for Kano Governorship election thinking he will beat Governor Yusuf but which I know he can’t,” the APC stalwart said.
He said no matter what Kwankwaso would do, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf would win his re-election bid, because Kano People are fully with him.
According to him, this confusion in the NDC is nothing but an opener to the fact that sooner than later Nigerians will see a serious crisis in the party which will further degenerate and make them not to get even a councillor seat during the polls.
Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso, further alleged that the NDC Gubernatorial candidate, who is also the former Deputy Governor to Governor Yusuf, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam, is seriously in favor of decamping to the APC in the wee hours of the talks for that purpose.
“it is on record that Comrade Aminu Abdussalam, was the first person to meet Governor Yusuf and asked him to forget Kwankwaso and decamp to the APC,” he added.
