The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Kano State Council, heartily felicitates with His Excellency, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday.
In a statement jointly signed by the Chairman, Comrade Kabiru Inuwa, and the Acting Secretary, Comrade Hussaini Buda, the Congress described Governor Yusuf as a truly labour-friendly leader whose commitment to workers’ welfare remains commendable. The NLC wished the Governor good health, wisdom, and continued success in the years ahead.
The statement expressed profound gratitude to the Governor for his consistent support to organised labour, particularly in the area of capacity building through workshops and trainings, including those held at the Michael Imoudu National Institute for Labour Studies.
The Congress also appreciated the Governor for approving the construction of a multi-purpose conference hall at the NLC Secretariat to immortalise the late Governor Muhammad Abubakar Rimi, a project which is currently ongoing.
The NLC Kano Council prayed for Allah’s continued guidance and blessings upon Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf as he continues to steer the affairs of Kano State.
